Kristen Ng wrote an article for the Yale Daily News in which she stated that she was going to buy a pair of UGG boots to help her cope with the cold weather on the Yale campus, but decided not to after debating the question, "To Ugg or not to Ugg?"
However, when the spring came, she came across a free pair of UGG boots someone donated to the Spring Salvage bin. The boots appeared to be saying,“Snatch us. We’ve been waiting for you.” (No, she wasn't intoxicated!)
Kristen couldn't avoid destiny (Who can?), and is now a devoted UGG boot wearer!
However, I did have to inform her that UGG boots can be worn in the summer, and winter. As we know, they will keep bare feet warm in temperatures as low as -30°F and cool in temperatures as high as 80°F!

The concept of used Uggs sicks me out. How do your feet not stink when you go barefoot in uggs? I had to buy a new pair every year bc they smelled like radioactive waste until I got hep to to wearing socks w. them
Don't get me wrong, as with anything obtained from Take it or Leave it, I cleaned them pretty thoroughly. At the same time, I have extra soles in them to add some more support, and always wear socks when I wear boots anyway.
But alas, I can't wear them in wet weather anymore due to their newfound holey-ness. I may have to hang up my Ugg wearing hat indefinitely...unless my testimony merits another free pair?
Kristen,
Send in a picture of yourself in your "newfound holey-ness," and you might win a free pair of UGGs!
