Ashlee Simpson in UGGs

I've been trying to find this photo of Ashlee Simpson online for about two weeks after seeing it in US Weekly. In addition to her Classic Tall Black UGG boots, it appears that Ashlee is wearing a ring. Maybe she and Pete Wentz got engaged.
